Personalization Instructions:
You can enter a first name (preferred) or a combination of first and middle/last names, there is limited space for the name so we'll split it over 2 lines if necessary. All letters of each name will be capitalized on the final product.
*Please double check spelling and typos before adding to your cart, once we begin production of your blanket we can not change the name.
